Every year, our Community Manager, Deb, puts together a Fan Feedback almanac of our favorite posts/messages/emails/tweets/photos of the year. While this is for internal team purposes, a recent conversation with one of our most beloved fans inspired us to do this collection of our absolutely favorite messages which were already public to begin with.
