That's right! Everyone can now experience the thrill of racing through futuristic cityscapes, slashing across dynamic waves, and pulling off epic stunts without any paywalls. We're expressing our gratitude for your support over the past decade by giving everyone a chance to share the Riptide GP2 experience.

10 years of dynamic water racing

From its inception in 2013, Riptide GP2 has set the bar for exciting arcade racing and stunning graphics. The game — which has traditionally cost $2.99 — has been enjoyed by thousands of players around the world.

Now, after 10 years, we want the excitement, the challenge, and the thrill of hydrojet racing to be shared by all. Whether you've been with us from the start, or you're just beginning to dip your toes in the water, there's never been a better time to dive into Riptide GP2. With the game transitioning to free, we're eager to see a tidal wave of new competitors climbing up the leaderboards!

The free version of Riptide GP2 is virtually unchanged from the premium version. It’s got the same exciting gameplay, and you can still unlock everything in the game without paying. The free version will be ad-supported, but you can opt out with the “Premium Mode” IAP.

Don't worry, longtime fans — if you are a pre-existing Riptide GP2 owner, you will be automatically granted the Premium Mode upgrade! You can keep racing as usual without any noticeable change.
