There’s a new driver in town. There are also accessories for your cars, new ways to earn XP, more cars and drivers available for unlocking on your timeline, and much more in the latest update of Beach Buggy Racing 2 (version 2022.08.09).
Welcome Commander Nova
Her name is Commander Nova — she’s a seasoned space adventurer, and her special Lift Off ability will send you flying high over the track.
Nova is a hard worker and a good dog. She started life as a pound pup, but she always had her eyes on the stars. Now a seasoned vet of the Space Pilot Canine Academy, she lives a life of space adventure. Lucky for us, she also finds time for her favorite side gig — Beach Buggy Racing.
Nova’s special ability is called Lift Off — it’s a boost rocket that launches her high above the track. Sail above the other drivers as they fight amongst themselves for position. Open up new shortcuts as you jump across corners and canyons. No matter how you use it, Lift Off will open up new horizons for racers everywhere.
Throughout the Welcome Nova Special Event, we’ll be hosting tournaments where you can play with Nova and win her for your team. You can also recruit her for a fee on the Team Screen.
Car Accessories
You may have wondered what that “Coming Soon” button was waiting for on the Body Shop screen. Well wonder no more — we’re happy to finally roll out Accessories for your car.
Customize your ride with add-ons like skulls, flowers, fuzzy dice, chrome spikes, and solar panels. Turn that cute little Sun Dazer into a spear-toting war chariot. Sweeten your Skull Knocker with flowers and candy. Accessories let you personalize your cars in a whole new way.
Like other Body Shop options, you can win Accessories on the reward wheel after beating the Daily Challenge. You can also purchase them directly in the Body Shop.
